Thought-Based Approach
Integrative Psychotherapy
With Integrative psychotherapy, my practice if informed using theory from several psychotherapeutic modalities. Person-centred, psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy are integrated into my work, per my training. This makes my approach flexible and adaptable to accomodate diverse therapeutic needs.

Person-Centred Psychotherapy
Compatibility, unconditional positive regard and empathy are the three main principles of person-centred therapy. So, I have to always endeavour to be honest, non-judgemental and understand your point of view.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Unconscious processes are manifested in a person's present behaviour and this is what psychodynamic psychotherapy takes care of. This therapy helps to increase your self-awareness by untangling and understanding the real, deep-rooted and often frustrating feelings in order to resolve them.

Relational Psychotherapy
Relational psychotherapy looks into interpersonal relationships and how they affect how we see ourselves as well as others. For best results, it is recommended that you to look into possible relationships between experiences, emotions and behaviour from your past and your present.
